Fire control matrix
As part of the design, the the system is dependent on the technical controls and equipment of the fire control center to specify the location of the fire.
Overview instead of tunnel vision
Our experience shows that firms often fail to take all the aspects of the Fire Protection Concept into consideration when programming the fire control centre. The complexity of the task is often underestimated, and as aresult, some of the necessary controls are omitted or are incorrectly implemented.
Coordination and adjustment
This is why we determine the necessary requirements in collaboration with the developers, specialized planners, and matrix control firms. We document these requirements in a detailed explanatory report, and on request, this report is adapted by the fire protection body.
Verifying the fire matrix
After the explanatory report has been implemented, it becomes necessary to test the fire alarm controls on site by means of a random effectiveness test. This means that the fire control centre actuators are randomly tested on site after fire alarms or push-button alarms are triggered. The results are documented in the form of a test report.
