Regulations for special structures SBauVO

Here is a summary of the previous regulations for special structures. The former skyscraper regulations from 1984 were revised and now meet, for the large part, the model-skyscraper regulations from 2008. The SBauVO is divided as follows: section 1 - public areas; section 2 - hotels; section 3 - sales locations; section 4 - skyscrapers; section 5 - garages; section 6 - operating rooms for electrical equipment; section 7 - final provisions.

Proposal for a policy for childcare facilities

Because the hospital regulations from 1974 were overwritten, a team at the department in NRW developed a new policy for child care facilities that should be applied. This includes nursing homes and similar institutions that care and provide for people, presumably even kindergartens. We have provided the current version here.

07-2010:
After the testimony of Mr. Rübel, MBV will, using appeals, propose a plan to renew the review and notification regulations through the EU.

NRW Testing regulations

The previous technical test regulations were replaced in 2010 by the NRW Testing regulations. The regulation was thoroughly revised. The former "expert on technical points" was abolished. Technical experts are now referred to as registered inspectors. Furthermore, the test period and intervals have changed.
