Fire prevention concepts

In order to obtain a building permit for special buildings, a fire protection concept (a report compiling necessary information) is mandatory. In theory, this applies both to new buildings, as well as redevelopments and conversions, where a permit is also required.

The fire Protection Concept describes the necessary measures essential for compliance with the building protection regulations. Here it is a matter of individual protection: we create a goal orientated evaluation based on the applicable building regulations, within a framework where variations from code are justified and compensated for.
